My money's on a high stick going uncalled, leading to the Kings' game winning goal. Uncle Gary knows how important it is for the NHL's revenue for us to get this early regular season win up there in Western Canada.

Still odd stats for Kopitar. 1 goal at 3v3, 1 goal at 4v4, and 1 goal at 5v5, and 0 assists. None of the goals with his regular line mates. Unless you count Pearson, who was in on 2 of the 3, but not the one at ES. That was Clifford and Nolan.

The signs of life in his play may be attributed to being pissed off. He should be back to his calm demeanor by the this game. Signs of life may not carry through is all.

I have caught a few jets games and I enjoy Ehlers and Schiefele. Hopefully they suck tonight
