I sincerely hope not.

Even if it was last year Marchand he's at the point where it should only be one year deals going forward ala Bergeron. age + the hip issues means that would end in disaster.

Give him the courtesy of signing the deal no question asked (hell even up until he's ready to retire, i think he could still be an asset as a bottom six forward) but absolutely no term.

Hard to blame Frederic for that in the scramble after Zadorov gave it away with bad angle clear attempt.

Still a lot of blown coverage in defensive zone.

Bottom-6 getting it done 5 on 5 where the top-6 can't. I don't know what the answer is here.
