Don't get me wrong I like that Laviolette is allowing these lines to gel but how much longer is the first line gonna stay together? Besides a Kakko tap in and Kreider goal off a two on one they have not scored an ES goal. I know for sure they have not scored a goal off the offensive zone cycle. I know the only crappy option is swapping Kakko and Wheeler.

Who knows but this is why Gallant broke them up. Actually they probably performed better last season than they have so far this season.

What change do you even make? You don't touch the 2nd line right now. You don't want Wheeler getting top line minutes. Vesey to the Zib line, Kakko with Trocheck, Wheeler to the 4th?
