Winnipeg is in the midwest of Canada. It's only in the Central time zone. It's interesting, however, that it's a 7:30 start. Normally they start at 8 or even 8:30 Eastern time.

I feel like long road trips also have the problem of no real good practice time, so things getting sloppier towards the end also isn't surprising...would be nice if they can pull out another win

It's typical for Winnipeg games against East Coast teams to start at 7:30 because they're actually nice people.
