Hockey is a cruel sport. You can do all the right things, put in a good effort, and yet the bounces can still go against you. It's important to keep plugging away and to keep doing things the right way. The hockey gods will eventually reward you.

So I will bring a similar effort to Game 4 as I did for Game 3, as I present to you my Keys to the Game™:

🔑 #1: Bring the fight to Montreal's bench

🔑 #2: Cycle effectively in the neutral zone

🔑 #3: "Ducks fly together"

From Sammi:

While Thompson was a full go and in the starter's net at the morning skate on Sunday, he left the ice with Lindgren, and it remains up in the air as to whether or not he will start. On Saturday, signs pointed to Lindgren starting with no update on Thompson, though nothing was set in stone.

Meanwhile, Protas, who hasn't played since April 4 after a skate cut to the foot, was a full go at Saturday's practice and took part in Sunday's morning skate. He appears ready to return to the lineup, though Carbery won't confirm anything as he plays his cards close to the vest.

Look it how LT favors the top of his right leg pad with his glove, when he goes around the net after stopping a light dump around. Something is not feeling 100% right. I can attest to this that I have done the same thing before with the glove when I felt something pull a bit in the leg.

They show some vid clips, but I have yet to see him receive shots to stop. Either the Caps didn't allow certain footage to show or LT never took shots from shooters.

The leg he hurt was the left leg. You're reading too much into things.

Hopefully this isn't another game where they pace to lob 12 shots against a backup goalie.

Put down the tin foil hat. He's playing. He might be sore, but he's playing.
Tin foil hat? I swear I don't know why ppl discredit any goalie talking from experience. Do I have to be some pro player to be credible?! Your in a butterfly formation, your 200+ lb teammate comes at you with good speed crashing into you unexpectedly, falling on top of you while still in a butterfly formation! You kind of get contorted backwards, so something is gonna pull in one of your legs! He had to be helped off the ice and couldn't put weight on one of legs. He might be able to put on the equipment and light practice, but no way can he go 100% with how fast the game is.

Was it?! Go look at the video when they showed his teammates help carry him off the ice in Game 3. He initially put weight on the right leg but than switched as he felt something and switched his weight to his left leg while being helped off.
