Y'all need to stop clutching your pearls whenever MSL is criticized. I'm a big Marty supporter, but thinking Demidov shouldn't be on PP1 is crazy
You said 1st line as well...

I mean he has the primary assist on their only goal. You should be asking what’s wrong with 14 because he looks hurt or gassedMan the f*** is wrong with #20
If my aunt had balls she'd be my uncleIf only we have Markov-Subban with this roster, we'd have the number one powerplay in the league
Because he has a higher gear. He drives that line. Caufield and Slaf are second fiddles. He's not been where he can be.Funny seeing Sportsnet analysts unanimously agreeing that Suzuki came to play but people here are saying he's concussed, playing like trash, and not good enough of a leader.
nahDemidov, Hutson and Guhle are good. Rest of the team is garbo
I was thinking, when was the last time he decisively hit the net. He’s due!Too bad he is seemingly cursed at the moment! He’s due for one thoigh
It was probably just a real good streak for him, not the normal. 37 goals is still already good for him this year. Expecting anything more (meaning a 50 goal scorer) was delusional expectons. He just doesn't have it in him. I always saw him like a kind of Alex Debrincat, which is exactly what he is right now. A streaky one dimensional undersized winger with 30 - 40 goals per season. If you expect anything more, it is setting you up for disappointment.Yes it does. He used to be a legit top 5 goalscoriny threat in the NHL.
His shot is shot.
Hell never be the goalscorer he was.
Ridiculous to call Marty stubborn because he doesn't put a player with 0 or 1 NHL games directly to the top line, which has been great this season.
It is. Board battles need to be way better though, that’s what’s killing our sustained puck possession.this game seems winnable
Power play was the only disappointment really
And of course everything Madison does but we know of that's going to happen
Maybe roll out the "Not tonight" speech.Big 2nd
Someone needs to stand up in the room give a big speech about how your feet are designed to move use your head shoot the dang puck
If we get desperate I really hope we get caufield- Suzuki- DemidovHaven't checked in, but I assume we all want Demidov on the first line eh?
Nothing wrong with his shot. But his shot volume is way down. He seems to like passing a lot more and while that makes sense sometimes, he needs to shoot the puck. His shot is shot.
Hell never be the goalscorer he was.
Usually if I squeeze my stick too tight nothing comes out of it.Pressure …squeezing his stick too tight
It's the same thing. We really need some upgrades in the skill area. It's so hard to watch a bunch of players try to create offense when they aren't capable of it.It's nerve wracking for sure. It reminds me of how we started against Chicago.
Yea, I'd put him on the first line too. Demidov needs puck touches and Suzuki - Caufield will get him more touches compared to Laine - NewhookYou said 1st line as well...
A good streak? He was like this for his whole life before his injury. It was probably just a real good streak for him, not the normal. 37 goals is still already good for him this year. I wouldn't hesitate to trade him for a legit 2c to play with Demidov.
