Yes, I need to know if I have to sharpen my pitchfork.Does it need to be?
The platter is full of broken glass though. If they can’t win this one they absolutely deserve to miss, this is being given to them on a platter
Damn right we are, we're representing like 33% of this board. Our emotions are either really high or really low during games, we don't have a middle.33 pages and we are still hours from the game.
I guess those who declared the season over after last game are still active.
Jesus Christ, Matheson is playing 5 minutes more a a game than any other D. Ghule Hutson and Carrier and this makes sense to you!How/ Who is going to take their minutes? there is no depth on d.
While what you’re saying is true, Caufield and Suzuki were far from leaders on that team at that time despite their contributions and the others you mentioned are complementary players at best and can’t be expected to carry a team. It’s the first time this core is expected to lead this team to success on its own and same goes with our coach who’s done it as a player but not in his current position. I think they’re learning to win right now, I don’t buy the lack of motivation, not after everything they’ve shown this year in terms of resilience and comeback prowess. I think it’s quite easy to attribute a lack of motivation/effort when things don’t go as you’d want looking from the outside.I don't buy it. Suzuki, Caufield, Evans, Anderson, Armia, Gallagher all went to the cup finals in 2021, so experience is not an excuse. I know this season was a step forward but if they don't come out blazing tonight and find a way to lose this, the impact will be felt next season.
He played 31m the other nightAnyone here see something wrong with Matheson avg'ing 25 minutes a game, that's more than any other D by 5 minutes on AVG per night?
Clearly and not in particular order:Ok, work your magic, brother. Who on the Habs team sucks right now?
RidiculousHe played 31m the other night
Game 82: Canadiens v. Canes, 4/16/25 @ 7PM = Playoffs Positivity Thread 2.033 pages and we are still hours from the game.
I guess those who declared the season over after last game are still active.
So you re saying this is the perfect setup for the choke of the century, right ?If the canes scratch those players, no excuses not to get a point tonight
Canes have also not been doing well lately. 1-4-1 in the last 6.
The habs have not lost in regulation at home in their last 11 games. 9-0-2 in that span.
HERE ARE A FEW CRUMBS HABS FANS…
Carolina eliminated us and CBJ took the final spot.It does feel a little bit like 2019 when habs got eliminated during game 81 or 82
The Habs had 96 points that year but they are in a better position this year at least.
What's the deal with Reinbacher and Demidov contract? On capwages it says contract might slide this year, could it be the reason why they kept Reinbacher on the sideline ?
Lol... pretty safe bet... sharpen it up, amigo.Yes, I need to know if I have to sharpen my pitchfork.

Troll Stomper got me good, still can't like anyone post![]()
Not true regarding Suzuki. While what you’re saying is true, Caufield and Suzuki were far from leaders in that team at that time and the others are complementary players at best.
Reinbacher was injured during pre-season with a surgery required and ~5 months rehab. They sent him to the AHL to play the few games left in his season once he was cleared to play (and even then they made skip a lots of games for precausonary reasons). What's the deal with Reinbacher and Demidov contract?
