Doesn’t make sense to risk a guy who always gets hurt. He shouldn’t be playing the final two games. They better make his life difficult and park themselves in the paint all game long.

But they'd want to give him some games so that he doesnt come in cold in the POs, wouldn't they?Doesn’t make sense to risk a guy who always gets hurt. He shouldn’t be playing the final two games.
MONTREAL CANADIENS 2025 = ST LOUIS BLUES 2019Just got to replicate the Blues who were rolling then started losing inexplicably. Dominate the last game at home.
Then I’d be doing it against Ottawa, a team with nothing to play for. I wouldn’t do it against a desperate team that has a guy like Gallagher. But they'd want to give him some games so that he doesnt come in cold in the POs, wouldn't they?
I'm going all outI doubt MSL does this, but now that we know Heineman's playing, I'm thinking it'd be interesting to see him on a line with Demidov.
Caufield-Suzuki-Slafkovsky
Heineman-Newhook-Demidov
Anderson-Dvorak-Gally
Laine-Evans-Armia
It was a concussion… 10 day safety protocol completed yesterday
Don't let your dreams be dreamsI hate my job. Which I could just shit post all day.
Go habs go
That would be the dream but we know MSL won't go that far.I'm going all out

I question his approach a lot. I think he has great hockey IQ and coaches how he would have liked to be coached. He seems like a phenomenal motivator, that can translate his passion and IQ into meaningful direction. He lacks experience for sure, but i see a progression there too - i dont hear about concepts anymore and the defense style is no longer about man to man. He seemed to want players to play their way to meet the goals that he sets, but somewhere along the way, he realized that he needs a better foundation, however minimalistic it needs to be.Yes, he's good at developing talent, no arguments here.
But what else has he shown? Certainly not adaptability when things don't work out, and you're not winning the cup without it. He deserves the rope to see if he can get there (there's no way and no reason to fire him this offseason), but he also deserves some criticism, mainly because of the stubborness he's shown in the way he does things.
You know what they say about the definition of insanity...
Why would you take 5 minutes to write this?My prediction for tomorrow
-In the first 4 minutes Habs will get 2-3 scoring chances, all created by Demidov but they won't score.
-At the 6th minute mark , a shot will be deflected on one of our D. A very unlucky goal.
-2 min later we'll get penalized and Canes will score on their pp.
-Somewhere in the 2nd period we will get a pp on a delay of game penalty. We will get scored.
-The rest of the game will be a frustrating affair. Canes will shut us down without sweating.
3-0 Canes
I hope I'm wrong but how f***ed it would be if I end up being 100% right lol.
We will lob the puck in the center zone 150 times and attempt long passes that will end up being icings 57 times.
I don't think MSL will start like that, but I personally believe that's how the lines will look like come the end of the game. I also wouldn't be shocked if he took Slaf off the pp for him! That would be the dream but we know MSL won't go that far.
We can all try that in NHL25 at 5PM and beat the Canes 10-1 (1 goal against due to ice tilt).
Kapanen should sitIt's confirmed Heineman is back. But will it mean someone will sit out or will MTL run with 13F?
Demidov out. Marty wants to go with the guys that got us hereIt's confirmed Heineman is back. But will it mean someone will sit out or will MTL run with 13F?
