Would you take Orlov over Carlo?

On one side you do have Carlo who has the concussion history.

But ultimately they are completely different players. Obviously Orlov has more offense, but Carlo is a much better defensive player.

If you could get a legitimate young stud for Carlo, maybe, but I don't think so

I'm confused, Dale just said if the Canes beat the Cats the Bruins play the Islanders in round 1 but as he said that the ticket says if the Panthers lose tonight they play the Bruins in round 1.
