A bittersweet day, the last game for a long time but at least we knew well in advance that the boys weren't making the playoffs. Those back to back years when they missed the playoffs by a point and by one less ROW were brutal.

I hope for a good, entertaining game, especially for the fans at the arena.

It was hard composing this GDT because it has been 18 years going back to the Dave Lewis team that we knew it was over way in advance. I tried to find the right mix of songs.

Seems really strange that this is the last game already for the 24/25 Bruins. Just hasn't been there year, on so many levels. It happens, can't complain too much about one season. Hopefully it will lead to better times.

No real comment on the game. I really want pick 4 sown up, because I think it makes the chances of drafting a top center considerably higher than dropping down even one spot, but the circumstances rather favor the Bruins winning this, so........yeah, just take it as it comes.

If Geekie doesn't get the 7th the building should riot.

Wonder if the Bruins can win tonights game or just think about keeping the draft pick selection. The win won't help for the future. It is fan appreciation night so I don't know what I would appreciate more the "W" or the "L" I am leaning towards the 23rd letter of the alphabet:popcorn:
The players want to win - just look at what happened in Montreal last night

Funny how the award has evolved over the course of the year, with multiple guys being the clear winner at different points. Surely should be Geekie at this point, but there is a part of me rooting for Mason Lohrei just so the game thread looks like the explosive end scene in Kingsmen the secret service. :naughty:

He's not built that way! Loves to play and compete, thats part of what makes him Great.
Pasta like myself know he has his center

Many metrics show the 39-28-88 Line is crushing it while playing with sub standard defense without McAvoy & Hampus.

Teams throwing their best defenders and they still roll

His 13 straight points had more then half against Carolina & New Jersey (of course their will be the usual delusional Bruins fans saying it didn’t count because the Canes didn’t have good pillows or the Devils were bored lol)

The guy hopefully at 1-6 OA anchors line 2

I really want the drafted guy to start on the third line. Also I thought only 1 or 2 of the forwards, Misa and Frondell, had a decent shot to play in the NHL this year.

Pasta is playing at an extremely high level, the highest there is in today's game, too bad its on this current squad, a non playoff team. He made Jacob Slavin look like Jim Weimer, who imo (Slavin) is the best defensive d-man in the world and Pasta handed him a -5 for the night.

My concern is the geek, just not possible to keep that shooting percentage going. He has had some tap in yes, but most are snipes.

Can they continue tearing it up next season? Lets hope

Thanks to everyone and @Fenway for the GDTs this year. I appreciate the effort that goes into them.

I'll probably avoid this one as I'll be rooting against the B's for one game. I hope the GDTers have fun tonight for atleast one last time before what's to be a long summer. Cheers
