I asked them what there was to do in Edmonton prior to going there last week and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM said something like "go to the mall because the rest of the city sucks" or "eww, go to Vancouver instead. At least it isn't so shitty and ugly and you won't get stabbed there".
