Also with golf season starting I reviewed my golf swing and the "proper" swing and she felt golf would be good therapy with structured & limited practice...

To date the golf practice has improved and warmed up the muscles on the lead arm where the tear was... my limit is actually lead wrist and pressure fingers on upper grip hand... which always will slow any golfer coming off a winter... so far so good...
