Glad I’ll miss this one. Back for the Thursday game sun drenched and all. One last night of babysitting a dozen 18 year old girls while fending off two groups of 18 year old boys from NC. this was a trip (not a vacation). But at least i have missed the last few Caps games. Haha.

I would totally be alright with ‘selling high’ on CMM this summer in a package for a better + young, cost-controlled stud for the top-six. He’s far too streaky of a player for me and misses way too many high-danger chances. Not hating, but I think he’s quite overrated around the league. Pro is miles better and brings it every single game, IMO.

He's significantly better at everything except fighting, so I don't know why he's not the #7 instead of McIlrath, but /shrug,

They've looked good. Moose was great on the zone entries on the PP, and no big defensive breakdowns anywhere.

Alexeyev has always looked better when they've decided to feed him minutes, I feel like it's the third year of this happening.

He's just not better then the other 3 LD in front of him this year.
