He's supposed to be Brendan Lemieux's replacement without the dumb penalties.

The only time anyone really wanted it was when Miller skated back to erase his horrendous giveaway. Everything else was done at 1/2 to 3/4 speed.

The kid line has been extremely disappointing. Do they have a shot on goal?

For the millionth time that line has to break up.

When everyone is healthy, Lafreniere needs to play with Zibanejad and Kreider. Kakko needs to play with Panarin and Copp or Strome.

Chytil needs to play with Vatrano and Copp or Strome.

Goodrow needs to play the fourth line.

Gallant has a lot of good ideas but the idea of stapling Strome to Panarin and automatically playing Vatrano on the first line is terrible.

I think instead of bitching about the kid line, we should be bitching about the fact that our actual 4th line looked A LOT worse than the line of extras in Gauthier-McKegg-Brodz.

The Kid line likely won't be a thing for us in the playoffs. Hunt-Rooney-Reaves likely will be.

Hunt Rooney Reaves has nothing but grit. Which when it’s by itself with no other talent is worthless, which you should know from tuning into my lecture series this season.
