Yeah, Leafs have been better. But it's not as wide a gulf as it seems and the PPs definitely disrupted the 3rd.Montreal can't hit the net. They were leading in high danger chances & shot attempts. The "it's wide" call is getting a bit silly.
Leafs got back-to-back PPs in 3rd that included a partial 5 on 3. That didn't help.
Leafs team has been flogged to death......not enough grit, weak D, finally have solid goaltending....might win a round or 2....no Cup this year.Berube has done a good job with them, but the laffs don't impress me.
Reilly is damn effective, underrated. Big 3 as advertised.
Knies is their only 25U player of substance.
This core is as good as they'll get and the future is trade or band aid dependent with very few desirable pick or prospect assets left.
Meh.
I can't watch the game but HOW the f***kkk do we have 8 shots on net?
Lets go boys you're only 1 shot away from a goal.
Well if wins were decided on the number of shots, I would be upset!
Yeah crazy me thinking 2nd youngest team in league on verge of playoffs hasn't already exceeded expectaions, one of us have our expectation skewed, and it ain't me.
Dobes is doing great but nothing about his playing style reminds me of Price. LOL!
