Yeah but I think McDonough does some other stuff too. Idk it must be because of behind the scenes reasons though because based on quality alone I don't see how the executives can watch each of them call an NHL game and decide McDonough is better.

exactly, people act like Georgiev was the worst player to ever suit up for the Rangers. Was he good? No not really, but thats what most goalies look like around the league outside the few elite ones.
