3 things positive rn

1. Barron seems great offensively after his awful preseason
2. Caufield and Suzuki are starting to fuse again.
3. Allen is playing good enough that we might be able to trade him.

We're also the most penalized team in the NHL by a fair margin. It's why his ice time is down. The newhook Slaf line is the 2nd line.

He hits sometimes, doesn’t really get PK time, and stood idly by while Dillon kept ripping at Guhle’s jersey. Good team guy in the room, but the club can do better at 12th forward regardless of the stage of rebuild

Dillon was just doing that grabbing him, not doing much. Pezzetta jumps in there when Dillion isn't doing much could get the Habs another penalty.

I get you want Slaf to be a good player, but he's just not there. You can't over state what he's doing to try and justify your love for him.
