I was glad to see both teams playing like it mattered. In spite of the score both goalies played out of their minds.

Hey, another point. Too bad for the crowd. A shoot out win for the last home game of the season would have been nice.
The only part of the game that irritated me was Durzi’s penalty with less than 1 second left in the 2nd period - which led to a pp goal for the Preds. His play has been a little shaky since returning from injury.

Completely agree, point being they were indeed meaningful, until they were out.

Must have missed it. Yeah, he's been "Veggie" since he was signed by BA.

Utah fans picked up on it and now there are people in the stands wearing headgear anointed with various salad components and tossing broccoli on the ice after a win.

I did and yes, I distinctly remember Bear speaking of “Veggie and Wedgie, back in the day.
They go out of their way to make as little mention of Az as possible, but that comment was absurd, coming from a guy who was in the thick of it back then.
