Other path is wild/blues round 1, home ice vs Jets round 2.

It's not about winning the division it's about avoiding the Avs until Heiskanen is back.
And home ice throughout the PO.

Minnesota is an easy out. The blues probably not much better. You can get by either with all of Lyubushkin, Dumba and Ceci in the lineup.

Jets are far from a lock to win round 1. They’re the Leafs of the East who are regular season warriors, and constantly choke in playoffs. Not worried about playing the Jets at all in playoffs if they somehow manage to beat Minny/Blues.

Slightly easier, sure. Not some cake walk. Why are the Jets automatically in Round 2? They suck in the playoffs.
