Say what you want but I think Mike Matheson is poor defensively. I’m not saying this game but it’s been entire season.
He’s playing out of position.
He’s really a bottom pairing defenseman with skating.

There is not cup winning team with a player like Matheson as too risky too many mistakes for a veteran.
Yes he brings some offense but playoffs is different.
