Tbh, I just use spoon full of whatever spices at home and it turns out great. Brown sugar, salt, pepper, paprika, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, cumin, dry mastard, oregano, probably some other shit... mix, rub the wings, let sit for about 4-5 hrs, lightly sprinkle and into the oven or air dryer... either one works fine.

He unfortunately is too soft/slow right now for the style of game that we play and the personnel we have.

If we had a team full of Chris Kreiders, Roy would surely find a role. But it isn't at all the case.

And I actually think we may be better served trading him at this point and trying to find a player that better fits what our GM/coach want to do on the offense.
