Right, because before Rempe showed up we were.....oh yea, still in first place for the entire season.

He brings extremely limited value to this team in the games that he can actually stay in. I realize for people he is an exciting player, but the amount he is discussed is obscene compared to his actual impact, which is minimal.

I like Rempe. My issue is he is the number 1 discussion point for every game, even those he doesn't play in. He is literally the least impactful player on one of the best teams in Rangers history. Whether he plays or not has little bearing on the actual outcome of the game.
 
I type in “NY Rangers” to confirm when puck drop was tonight and my computer already knows the result. Apparently Chytil is back from injury tonight and Strome is a Ranger again. The Rempe pregame brawl is somehow not the most unrealistic scenario.

The team itself said he brings energy to the room. You need something in a long season to keep the mojo going.

I’m going to trust the players over the contrarians here

I just wonder how Rempe feels about the fact that he was literally brought in to fight in the last game and now scratched again (probably in cloud 9 still and enjoying it, but deep down), and how does Brodzinsky feel that he was scratched for that sideshow against a rival team and now he's in?

Not a good look IMO. Rempe should've played tonight, if for nothing else but the looks.
