Anyone know why Morrow hasn't even been given a chance under Cassidy? Seems like another kid that we wont tender in the off-season and he'll move and maybe have success ala Brett Connolly

Yeah don't get what there doing with him, does show some relally good flashes once in awhile, not sure what sitting does for his career .Better to have him in Providence ,unless they figure someone will scoop him up if they place him on waivers.

Unless you guys are worried about European leagues I don't think this one is coming back to bite us .

Just get the two points and bring some optimism back. I hate the doom and gloom atmosphere in this place during the rough stretches.

Because they've seen enough. They could grow Morrow over the next decade, or cut bait. I agree with the cut bait. He's a specialist, at best.

It makes me laugh when people say he hasn't gotten a chance. The only reason he's still in the conversation is he's a former first rounder.

The Bruins are not the first team to have seen enough and made a call on Morrow.

You're right, maybe he gets it at some point, but this isn't a developmental league. What we've seen of Joe Morrow hasn't been good enough to warrant more. And there's plenty of tape.

If he is that bad why haven't the Bruins put him on waivers ,and tried to,send him down, how does spending most of the season in the press box helping him or the Bruins.

Because the Bruins hope we're not the last Joe Morrow 1st round pick sucker. But I think the music has stopped and we're without a chair. I guess there's a Hail Mary that Vegas takes him. That's the dream.

Dont think he is even eligible for expansion draft, don't think he has played in enough games.

To me he has took a step backwards this yr . I see the talent that everyone can see but that doesn't make you a good Nhl defenseman.

There is a very minor hope someday he will learn how to play nhl defense but I highly doubt it .

Why would we play him over guys that are actually way better than him . He will need two injuries to get a shot at this point but he is easily the 8 currently and it isn't close.

Instead we have people on here saying he is one of our best . Keith potential as good as Carlson right now lolllllllll

Dear Tuukka,

Sorry to bother you again with this memo but it appears that you didn't get the last one before last week about stealing a couple games.

We really need you to steal two games this week for the team. Please reply to this memo with your play on the ice tonight and this weekend.

Signed,

The Boston Bruins

Dont get me wrong I do understand you could get 4 for every 1 on these boards to tell me he is way better than k.miller but the tough part is getting one coach or gm to think that . The world use to say Claude was blocking him well it turns out Claude must of loved him compared to cassidy

I do get that but I'm sure they didn't want to lose him and still might not but I think this is it for him here. Next yr he will either be out of the league or one last shot somewhere . I really don't think he will develop but yes he sure does have talent so it could happen. I just don't believe the bruins did anything wrong with him .

Yeah don't get it with Cehlarik,I guess Maybee they base there call ups on the way they are Playing in Providence ,Maybee he has sucked since his return.

he had 2 good games early and then seemed to go down hill. he was tentative with the puck and turned it over a fair bit at the blue line leading to odd man rushes the other way was how i saw it.

Krejci out? Time for all-star Riley Nash to step up where he belongs as our 2nd line center.

Amid the unabated, swirling narrative that the Bruins should start backup goalie Anton Khudobin, winner of his last five starts, coach Bruce Cassidy declared that Tuukka Rask will get the call in net Tuesday night at the Garden vs. Nashville.

Hide your shock face, Bruins fans, talk-show hosts, and social media warriors. Yes, with the season on the line, the Bruins will go with their $7 million-a-year franchise goalie as they continue to scratch their way toward the playoffs.

“Tuukka is healthy, that’s what he indicated to me,†said Cassidy, who was forced to start Khudobin Saturday night vs. the Islanders (a 2-1 Boston victory) when Rask pulled out with an undisclosed lower-body issue. “That’s all I need to hear. He will be our starter tonight.â€

not going to lie, soon as I heard Cassidy was shelving Miller for tonight, thought they signed McAvoy, directed him to the game day skate in preparation for tonight`s tilt:)

Glad it`s looking like they won`t burn a year of his deal
