Not the way the game should have gone, thank god they got two points. Varly is a shootout beast, though I don't really know what Marchessault was thinking. Brilliant game from Landy overall, best player on the ice aside from Fleury.

That was hands down the most entertaining game of the year. Insane scoring chances, unbelievable goaltending, shootout. Very fun. Also very scary. Probably shouldn’t have even been that close if we had just buried our chances.

Hope to god we get to play these in the first round.

Not really, Avs should have had this game on lockdown after the first two periods. Shots were near equal, scoring chances weren't even close. Fleury was saving the Knights left right and center.
