Slaf needs to stop taking that shot where he basically has no angle/chance at scoring. I know it worked once but those are 1/1000. I wish he would cut in the middle more often.
Slaf takes forever to take decisions and just loses the puck without having accomplished anything with it. Or he makes lightning quick but blind passes towards the general area of a teammate. He needs to find the right pace for him to play at.
Nah, I don't think so. I think it's pretty normal for a young player to need reminding of their importance or role on bigger team goals.
Even as I type this he had a more assertive shift. You just can't let him settle into his current habits. Keep his eyes on becoming the best version of himself.
