The coach needs to let the kid play and make mistakes like he allows others to do, he just has a hate in for guys that play a physical game 1st. Need guys like him come playoff time when the game gets real and the refs put the whistles away!

He's 24, hardly a kid anymore, he's the oldest other than the 3 Vets(Math, Carrier, Savard). Last on D with his -13, only Dach, Newhook and Laine are worse, dead last on the team for full timers with his 6 points, Struble has double his production.

That line about physical is a joke, our leader in hits is a certain Slafkovsky and he's 3rd in icetime on F.

Also FWIW, Arber has more giveaways per minute than turnover machine Matheson.

He was in the + last year, on a worse team.

To me, he's paying the price for trying to cover someone like Savard.

ABB and Dauphin have NHL experience and are better players then Pezzetta and one handed Armia.

The staff has progressed or are the kids maturing? I think the latter adds far more then coaches.

I don't want SMarty fired but I don't trust him either. In a case like tonight, with an aggressive hitting team, Pezz doesn't add much other then balance the lines. BUT, he's already shortening his bench so how much of a loss would Pezz be?

Xhekaj’s infamous recent mistake was not a normal mistake. Game 70-something of the season, you can’t be doing that. Xhekaj beat himself.

He has to earn that trust back… I don’t think this is unfair to him or the team
