So pumped for this game, I don't remember being impatient for the game to begin for such a long consecutive stretch.

Aside from that, I can't believe all the b****ing on the team just because of the ice time of the 13th F and 7th D. Just watch the AHL for christ's saké, it's filled with players of that talent level. Habs threads nowadays feel more and more like the Figs threads

It's the right choice. If we started Xhekaj in this game after not starting him in Florida it looks like a retribution move & the refs will be all over Xhekaj. The silent message to Xhekaj would be go get him, son.

This way the message is clear: the game is what matters not Mikkola. Yes, he's a POS, but he didn't actually hit anyone & hopefully the refs will give him a hard time tonight.

If Montreal loses this game & Columbus wins their game (they're playing the freaking Preds) then Montreal falls to 10th.

We need a point out of this at minimum. No distractions just go out & play.

I respect the job that St Louis has done with this group but some of his decisions regarding Monty and others make him come across as being a stubborn asshole.

Pezz sat for most of the season, and now he's somehow the missing link?

Why is Roy with the Habs to sit out? Why not send him back because he isn't ready.

I haven't commented much about coaching, but I don't like this decision. The Panthers will come out physically and dirty tonight, and no sheriff means that Bennett, Marchand, and company will grow taller and bolder. This might not end well tonight, and it's all on MSL.

Game to game management based on opposition..

Roy’s game at present isn’t suited for playing vs Fla type team, maybe it changes with experience maybe it doesn’t but he isn’t ready for it yet.

Getting retribution against a nobody like Mikkola is the last thing that the players should be thinking about, if at all. Just get the two points.

I just don’t understand…we have the #1 AHL team but can’t recall a decent 4th liner ? ABB, Dauphin, F. Xhekaj? Since when do we prioritize the farm club?

There’s no excuse to play Pezz and one handed Armia, half the players in Laval are better options.
