It’s the fact that accountability only exists for select players. No person in their right mind has watched Savard the last month and think the team is better with him on the ice. It’s asinine.

I don’t care if he’s a veteran. He’s clearly one of the worst defencemen in the league.

But it's always like that. For every sport. For every team. Vets will have a bigger cord. Yet, he saw his icetime greatly diminished. Let just say that this is what accountability looks for as far as he's concerned.

He's got the same amount of goals as the entire 4th line combined since the break. Not like the 4th line is doing a good job on the forecheck or defensively either.
