GDT: [Game #73] Dallas Stars @ Seattle Kraken – 9:30 PM CT (Victory+)

Every time the Stars clinch a playoff spot I remember game 82 against Minnesota where all we had to do was win and get in and I feel grateful.

Thank you Tom & Jim for making this an expected outcome every season.

I remember that wild fan behind the bench doing a golf swing at the end after we were about to lose and be eliminated...bitch

We're 10-2-2 in March? If you told me we we're 2-10-2 I would have believed you the way we have played.

This is a crazy graphic

Advanced stats nerds are gonna have an aneurysm looking at this

I hate that thread, there is so much hate for Rantanen so its feels like "put Necas up and Rantanen down" -thread.
Well, you got the following salty haters:

- Avs fans
- Canes fans
- Czech fans
- Swedes
- Buffalo Sabres toe-in-the-crease truthers

All dumping on him for various reasons. The only ones defending him are Finns and Stars fans, which are basically the same group at this point...

What did he do lol? didn't watch the game and didn't see any of that in the highlights
Just chirping the refs constantly, hacking/crosschecking the opposition. Nothing egregious but you can tell other teams and the refs hate him. He stands out here now because the Stars have a ton of reactive/passive/soft players and Rantanen is the opposite.

He also slammed his stick on the boards after one of the unsuccessful power plays. I love the competitiveness

He's the Anti-Hintz.

I think Hintz has done that himself being the leading scorer in the league since four nations..
I mean I want to see him do this in the playoffs. His current play is fantastic, but it will quickly be erased from my memory if he repeats last years playoff performance.

Edit: looking at my previous post, I definitely could have made it more clear that I was referring to playoff performance.
