What This Means for You:
Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.
In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord ServerNow I am worried they give him an expensive contract and he goes back to a 10 goal season. I hope not, definitely see good signs, but so many ‘Nam flashbacks of these players not working out and we get stuck with a bad contract. He’s an RFA so I hope he doesn’t ask for the moon. Not easy to find something positive to say after such a poor showing, but it was nice to see Geekie score is 26th of the season. He has been impressive in 2025.
I would say right now that we are the junk team if we cannot beat anyone. Makes sense?I want them to get as high a pick as possible but this has to be pretty demoralizing to the players to keep losing so convincingly. Especially to junk teams
Maybe they’ll send him home to “attend to family matters “At this pace Sacco may not even make it to the end of the season. This team is dreadful to watch and as several posters have pointed out, this has got to affect the locker room.
I don't think the players are purposely trying to tank, we are just that bad. The D is dreadful and the forwards aren't exactly helping the cause. The loses weren't exactly close which will affect the goalies. Essentially the team has fallen apart inside and outside and will have to be completely rebuilt at this point. The asset management has amounted to a massive net negative over the years (not counting the last trade deadline). This is completely on the front office and the only way to affect a change is to clear house there. Period.
This is the season we are finally paying the piper. We are now the Sharks at the beginning of their rebuild. It doesn't help that our prospect pool is basically one of the worst in the league. There are a rough few years ahead but hopefully we can take a page from the SJ play book. I really like how they kept acquiring draft and prospect assets. They are going to be a good team again in a couple of years. Donnie has to stop throwing premium money at middling FA's. He has continuously thrown mud against the wall, hoping one would stick and we are out of mud now. We are just starting that rebuild journey and to be honest, it sucks after being competitive all these years.
Me too, yikes!Reminding me now of when I was a little kid. Pre Bobby.
You forgot to mention the sieve Korpisalo.my observations live from the rink
joe sacco is a clueless f***ing dummy
chris kelly coaching the power play is laughable
the roster f***ing blows besides pasta and he looks completely uninterested because of the morons he’s on the ice with
this defensive core is absolute garbage
f*** don sweeney
f*** cam neely
the only positive is the draft pick upside if we get a miracle in the lottery
Keep Korpisalo in nets and we should get there.Mathematically eliminated now.
Can't realistically catch SJ and Chicago but 3rd overall is not inconceivable.
SJ - 47 pts (12 GR)
CHI - 51 pts (10 GR)
NSH - 62 pts (11 GR)
BUF - 64 pts (12 GR)
PHI - 65 pts (9 GR)
SEA - 66 pts (10 GR)
PIT - 69 pts (9 GR)
BOS - 69 pts (9 GR)
You forgot to give Korpisalo some love. After last night's effort, he could sure use some.my observations live from the rink

Was Korpisalo the epitome of brutal last night. Can't blame the team on at least 3 of those goals. It's only because the guy in net wasn't Swayman. If Swayman was in net and gave up 6 goals, this thread would be full of people complaining about him.
I don't think you're wrong. In all likelihood it's going to be a long and very rough road.I've been watching the B's since 1970. Every game without fail.
Saturday night parties at relatives houses, etc we would all be huddled in a room watching a 17" Sylvania black & white and loving every minute of it.
Even when we were dragged to an Easter party at church as 11 year olds we'd sneak into the office and watched the national broadcast of the game.
Throughout all of those years I always thought that they'd rebound, retool, rebuild but do whatever they needed to,
to stay relevant and compete.
THIS team however lacks in each and every category from the top on down.
I can't imagine this turning around significantly for a few years.
I hope that I'm wrong but it feels right.
@Aussie Bruin, Can you imagine being the person that has to promote this game on ABC?
Sean McDonough will be vicious towards both teams

I think Korpisalo gave up after Callahan and Zacha scored on him. He knew it was over so why bust your butt. Was Korpisalo the epitome of brutal last night. Can't blame the team on at least 3 of those goals.
Bad times ahead, but If we win the lottery Im drafting the Dman that kid is going to be special.Reminding me now of when I was a little kid. Pre Bobby.
I hope he has more than one flask, I am sure reached the bottom of that one pretty fast.
Can you take another year of this, I can't, just not good for my health.Tank in 26
