A couple of weeks ago, Ryan Miller allowed an obvious high sticked goal. The call on the ice was a good goal and when they reviewed it, they still said it was good. Miller went on a rant on how since the ref called it good, they didn't want to over turn his call to make him look foolish. I think this call was closer but I wonder if this was the same case. If the ref said no goal, they would say no goal but since the ref said good goal, they said it was good.
Miller also said, they might as well count all high stick goals. Would you guys want that?
