Well...the loss hurt. But we got to move on quick, start the train again tomorrow. You cannot lose tomorrow. Just win.

Also, I'd love to bring up DeBrusk. He's been scoring a lot lately down in Prov. I'd give him a look.

I'm all over DeBrusk but he's just starting to really really get it - I'd wait on him

He sees the ice very well and is an excellent passer and good skater who goes to the right areas

My lineup next year

DeBrusk-Krejci-Pasta (that line would dominate) their hands and hockey IQ would be outer worldly

I didn't like the pick but I like what I've seen live of him in my mini pack

Was watching ge with impartial friend who said at least 3 tomes in the 3rd that leafs shoild have received interference penalties and I said no lets let the teams decide it not the refferees as long as they are consistant. Even on the last call i said to him no i hope they are not givibg the Bruins a power play on such a cheap play when both teams have goven so much. Then i fond out the call is agaonst theBruins gor accidentally running into someone. !! The most embarassing rediculous call i have ever seen in my lofe and both teams and fan bases deserved better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While it was still an absolutely awful call given the context of the game and everything leading up to it, I don't know if the Bruins' feed showed the actual penalty.

On TSN they showed the back angle of it, and Moore actually clipped Soshnikov on his way to the net. You could see the referee's arm go up in the shot.

Again, not saying that it was a good call, and I hate seeing any game decided that way, but what everyone thought was the penalty call, all happened after the fact.

I tried looking for video, but couldn't find it yet.

TSN was fine with it? No.:sarcasm:

You get as much Bruins objectivity as the main board around here, over there.

It is funny that all game it was a battle in front, where leeway is often given, but that strength play was called out of no where in the last mins. It's BS.

But it's what I try to tell people all the time around here, it's fear. No ref is afraid of screwing Boston over. But eff over Toronto? The media will be all over you. Taking the "league wants Canadian teams in" talk aside, fear created that poor call...and swung the game for Toronto.

The Bruins would be advised to not let it go quietly. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.

As I said in a previous post, someone like Neely should trash O'Halloran and draw a fine. The worst thing the Bruins can do is cower and ignore it. That's never helped them.

Wow you guys got jobbed no doubt about it. Not a fan of either team just watching a good game. With it tied 1 all in the third and the ref not calling anything ok I get that he doesn't want to decide the game. Then he calls Moore for standing up after he collides with the leaf with 3 minutes remaining pretty much ensuring the leafs at least get a point. Just brutal. I feel for you guys and hope somehow you get revenge. I will be cheering for you guys whole heartedly when you play the leafs again. I guarantee though the league will be watching you guys closely in your next game with them and the leafs will be falling down and embellishing like never before

I am still angry about that officiating. I had a Leafs friend message me that he was embarrassed about the officiating last night. We were warned by Chicago fans that the officiating would be in favour of the Leafs like in their last game. Such crap.

I couldn't believe we came out of that bergy hit 4 on 4 and the martin skate was terrible , I would love an explanation on that I have to assume he thought he had a broken leg.

You mean the way the Bruins got the play stopped when Gregory Campbell actually had a broken leg against the Pens in the playoffs?

A broken skate....Bruins in the Leafs end, ooops, better call that, wouldn't want the Bruins to score unfairly.

Its not even the first time its happened this season. You'll be absolutely shocked to know that (having a mental block) Habs dman lost a skate blade behind the net when opposing team had possession of puck, play blown dead, allowed skater to get to the bench, in what ****ing world is this meant to happen???? Player in question was traded to Habs not long ago, think name starts with Z.

In any case, if you lose a skate blade, un****ing lucky, im sorry but thats no reason to stop play.

Management decided:

1. Price was too high to fix this hole.
2. Price was too high to fix the top pairing hole.

Now the Bruins have to make the playoffs without those two spots filled for the third year in a row.

Tonight:

1. No secondary scoring.
2. Chara looked dead tired.

This guy knows what's up.

It's always a shame when the reffing is the prevailing story after a game. Having said that, it's also a shame when your goalie plays well and you only score one goal. Have to be better.

Give credit Andersen too...some key saves. Not every game is high scoring and they have been scoring a lot more lately.

I do recall once already this season when the Bruins were playing. I also remember all other times having to get pushed towards the bench by a teammate to get off...

Introducing the new Montreal Canadiens. What a sorry excuse for a penalty.

Literally the very first thing I thought of when the call was made. I can't believe we have another Montreal barn to visit in Canada.

I hope the players are a lot better putting that one behind them then I am. If I was playing tonight, I'd come out wanting to take someones head off.

I'm actually feeling bad for the sport in general this morning, such a wonderful sport and you have stuff like that in critical games of the season. Sad.

I just finished watching the game, and I feel genuinly dissapointed and demoralized..
I cant believe this type of reffing is allowed at the NHL level, and that the reffs never need to answer for anything they do.
While I was watching I was constantly thinking that the game felt rigged, the reffing felt so extremely biased and when I come on here I see that almost everyone seems to think the same way.
Its interesting, because I dont usually feel this way, I know calls most of the times evens out.
But if there ever were a game this season that the leafs and the leauge would want to rigg, its this one, and when the reffing is so extremely biased and unfair...You cant help but wonder.
Just sad now. Time to get started on what im sure will become a long day of moping around...

It's the next morning and I'm still ***** off with the officiating last night.

Can someone explain to me why Acciari was even recalled, let alone inserted into the line-up? Just an awful, awful, hockey player. He hits people, that's all he can do at the NHL level. The sooner No-goal Acciari is back riding the buses in Providence, the better.

Expect absolutely zero offense from the 4th line with Nash and Acciari manning the wings of that line.
