Me too. But I've thought about this more and I think it actually was a pretty shrewd move given that Allen was apparently a very good mentor to Monty and Primeau. There's value there for very little opportunity cost, at least to me, since I wasn't expecting the playoffs this season. All I realistically wanted to see was how the players, the coach and overall team is developing. Yeah you wanna win but you also have to be realistic with such a young team. I'm just excited about what I see the trajectory seems to be, we just need some luck. Anyway, happy the trade seems to have worked for Jake Allen too as he seems a class act. And if he does well, the Habs could improve fhe pick we got for him tooGlad the we headed goalie is gone
"Hey it works! Where's my raise?"LOL
The only thing on the Whiteboard is a big black dot in nets and he just shows it to the guys
4th on the teamDamn 13 goals for Armia.
Guhle so 5 points in last 3 games for himWho's the 2nd A tho?
QUICKLY, the high is fleeting!
This is exactly how it is.I know it’s an abusive relationship, but damnit, I’m back to wanting to keep Armia!
Didn't he also have like 4 goals in the first 4 games down there too lol?It was a tough start to this season for Armia after getting demoted to the AHL but since getting back into the lineup full time he's played some very good hockey. He seems like a great guy so very happy for him.
