It was totally the wrong play to skate it back. But man did he ever skate it back well. He's silly smooth with his skating and stick handling.

Just need to hopefully work with him on improving his decision making.

He was trying to rag the puck on the PK feeling with his speed he could get away with it, turned out he was wrong. Hopefully he learns from things like these.

You have to wonder if he has long covid after testing positive not once not twice but three times. Not good for him if it is.

That's my thought yes. It might have affected his pulmonary system heavily. When I had covid i felt sick like a dog for 7 days but couldn't do intense sport for like a month without having difficulty to breath correctly.

Can't imagine what 3 times would do to you. It's all speculation anyway at the end of the day.

Yup he's all over the place. He made two very good defensive plays against Tampa but took that dumb absolutely PeeWee penalty. Tonight turning the puck over to Pasternak on the PP is not acceptable but then he comes up with that Gem of a feed to Nick. I like him better at that spot than Hoffman because he has vision to go along with his shot.
