GDT: Game 72: Habs @ Bunch of Jerks, Fri March 28th - 7 PM | TSN2, RDS

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord Server

I have no issues with this team losing. Let’s be honest, we all know this team isn’t going anywhere this year.

But it is disappointing to see the lack of effort and our top players disappearing in the clutch. I’m hopeful they’re just tired and worn out, and not shrinking under the pressure of the bigger games. That would not bode well for our future if our top guys are not big game players.

Cry all we want .Who really expected us to be fighting for a playoff spot at this point?I sure as hell didn't.Half of the season we looked like a lotto team pick. When you look at a game like this playing the Canes you see we still have a long way to go.We just don't have the guns yet .The Canes have so much more talent than we do plus they work hard and have relentless forechecking .We can hardly move out there 5 feet that one of them are on us.Even by a miracle we squeek in we won't be around long. That's just the reality of the situation.
It’s just having a competitive mindsted. Reaching the playoff gives you a chance to win the cup ultimately no matter how you get in. Team is close to getting in and has it’s destiny in his own hand, pretty normal reaction to be disappointed or even pissed off about the current losing streak.

Overrated 3rd rounder grabbed on waivers and paid $3M ? He is what he is (a stopgap while we rebuild) not sure what you were expecting.
Wasnt really expecting anything but some on here and even the TSN broadcasters speak of him like he's Price .I guess getting chosen 3rd goalie for team Canada swelled peoples heads. We have no good Canadian goalies
