That was a powerful message to send to players blocking shots, fighting out of their weight class, kids up from the farm. A player would be sitting on the 9th floor the next game. And League-wide it looks bad. Bettman rewards that?

He was there. To me, not much impact, but nothing outright bad either. You can see the speed, the challenge is in finding ways to use it effectively. Lost his footing a couple of times. Otherwise he didn't look out of place. Not too shabby. Give him some more reps and a chance to develop some sort of chemistry with his linemates and we'll see if he can make any progress.

Problem is we have no kids like Eklund, Celebrini or Will Smith. They have all 3 on 1 line. Tired of hearing about Lysell, Merkulov, etc. . This team sure needs direction and not from this team of misfits who are so called the in charge staff.

There was no excuse not to challenge that offsides. The players aren't tanking, Andy Peeke gets hurt blocking a shot, Lauko gets into a fight with a much better fighter than him, players are still doing everything they can to win

If anybody on that team was listening to or had an ounce of respect for Sacco it's gone. He should stay out of the locker room and just let Leach and Kelly run the team until the end of the season. He should not get a coaching job ever again.

And yes I want a top 3 pick but the players don't care about that and neither should the coach.

Why are Kelly and Leach let off the hook? The entire coaching staff is a complete joke. If I have to read one more time about how Sacco was dealt a shit hand which it total nonsense.

Bottom line, this coaching staff just didn't get the job done in any way, shape or form. Not with Monty at the helm, and certainly not with Sacco.

Once the Bruins are done, I tune it out and I don’t think about hockey again until July 1. The NHL is just not entertaining enough for me to watch other teams.

I will root for the Panthers to win just to see Marchand get another cup.

Honestly, like others are saying he didn’t blow me away. He definitely still looks like a kid playing in the NHL.

In the other hand I thought his speed was very obvious, and he was looking to shoot the puck and make plays. Created way more than some other guys currently on the team. I’m glad he’s getting the rest of the road trip. Him and Khusy looked pretty good together especially with Mittlestadt centering them.

I have stated that I do not to hold Sacco, responsible for what has happened to this team, he just was handed a shit opportunity, but not challenging that call was a fire able offense, and Chris Kelly, pushed him not to make the challenge, he should be gifted a plane to ticket to wherever he would like to go, except back to Boston.

Korpisalo is no where near better than swayman. Swaymans had a tough year, but korpisalo gets all the cup cake competition like San Jose and is still struggling

If you trade 5 guys including your captain the week of the deadline……do you not also come back with an entirely new staff too? Outside of Goalie Bob, it has to be all new voices for next year. They cannot bring this staff back. The PP and defensive strategy alone are reasons to make massive changes. But we know the FO will pull the strings and bring half of them back to ‘support’ the new coach.

That is why and hope no one is thinking I did not want the kid to score, but today everyone posting is giving honest thoughts on what they saw out of the kid last night. If Lysell scored it be, "I told you this kid belongs up here". My opinion, is a mixed bag, I like the penalty drew, speed, kept his feet moving, lets watch for a few more games. I want to see Minton up next, I have seen enough of Merkolov and Poitras.
