Bring the same degree of work ethic the last two games, stop the re-introduction of terrible puck management and rush defence by the D and I think we have a good chance of winning.

There is something that just isn't "right" with the Stars, especially since the deadline. Of all the contending teams I think they're easily the biggest pushover. I'd rather play them than the Kings even in the first round to be honest. They aren't physical, they have a lot of the same type of player (heard that here before) up front, the bottom 3 of their defence sucks, and I might catch heat for this, but I think Heiskanen and Oettinger are both varying degrees of inconsistent and overrated. Ditto for Robertson and Hintz.

Now that I said this they probably gas us 8-0, but to be honest I have no idea how they have the playoff success they do.

It's the Oilers. They either do not give a shit about reporting accurate predictions about injuries or they are grossly incompetent in their medical department. Considering they are grossly incompetent everywhere else in management I vote for the latter.

NHL as a whole. Coaches don’t really care to disclose and in klings case he’s kind of a guy that has injury problems so you truly probably don’t even know as a medical team what the timeline is

To me the d core just isn’t good enough, even with Heiskanen. Without him it’s downright awful. You can have all the forward talent but if you can’t get it to them you’re gonna be stuck.
