This team is light years away from last year's in so, so many ways. Virtually everyone outside of Draisatl and Perry has regressed terribly.

The script here should have been... gritty hard fought game by the Oilers in a tight coinflip loss/win with their two top players out of the lineup.

Instead it's a 1-sided defeat where all momentum has been drained out of the game by subpar goaltending at one end of the ice.
