Comes here as a fairly hyped NCAA UFA signing. Basically looked at as an offensive guy. Proceeds to basically be utterly useless and plays himself off the team.

Leaves the Rangers, reinvents himself, then COMES BACK and plays at an awesome 4th line level and then re-signs?

Like, generally dudes that leave here and get better don't come back. So Vesey coming back is a pretty cool way to complete that circle.
