I don’t think Shesterkin is tired I think he needs to play more. Ever since we started giving Georgiev more starts Igor’s game has slipped. And it’s definitely not like Georgiev is earning them.

I think it’s a mistake to keep sitting Shesterkin. He probably really wanted to get right back in there

It’s not a coincidence Shesterkin plays better in games he’s getting 40 plus shots.

He’s the type that needs mins and shots. And to be in a rhythm. Hank would go thru the same slumps and they always coincided with him getting taken out of his rhythm. Coaches over think this imo. Starting Goalies want to play. I’d only play my back up in back to backs if I was a coach.
