At least if you guys wreck us again tonight it won't bother me as much then if it were some other teams, living in Manchester I used to go to Monarchs games all the time so I got to know a lot of their players.

Have fun tonight all :)

Thanks for Drew, Brian!

:(

Cheers!

Cheers to you guys as well. I got lucky in the later 2000's (when i was in high school) and one of my friends' dad's was a CEO of a company that sponsored the Monarchs so every weekend during hockey season I got to get into Monarchs games for free, they had a suite.

That's awesome! And sorry to you and all the Monarchs fans who lost their AHL home team :/

we look slow and sloppy

Kind of what I expect us to look like on our 4th game in 6 nights with silly ass travel especially against an opponent who is very clearly out for a bit of revenge

Ya I was sad when I learned that the AHL Monarchs were leaving Manchester, but business wise it makes sense.

YEah it's been obviously wonderful for the organization--my goodness we've been able to do so much more player movement so easily this season--but it's a real bummer as we had a lot of loyal posters/fans around here that just feel gutted and haven't been around as much for obvious reasons. It was also nice to have the positive connection at the AHL level to New England for that reason. But as you say, hockey and business wise, it was necessary. Glad you could at least get a lot of good memories in :)

Schenn and Krug look like high school seniors together

Bruins already sitting 4 back to take out the neutral zone
