I don't have any issues with their performance or their effort this afternoon, as they are clearly dominating the Nashville Predators. However, how much can you chalk it up to sheer puck luck? They aren't finishing on a surprising amount of quality scoring chances, and Nashville gets one semi-okay scoring chance that goes in the net. What is it? I also hate Jusse Saros. Get the voodoo doll out.

Wheeler just has to go , perfect pass to him in the slot and he can't come close to one timing it , gives it away and Nashville comes down and scores. He's on our 1st PP why ? He and Chipman must be best friends because otherwise i don't get it at all.

I get the puck-luck narrative. however this team was 18th in SH% last year, they're 15th this season. maybe average-to-below average finishing team is just what they are? perhaps the aberration was early on in the year ie: when PLD was contributing goals at a high rate beyond his career norms.
