I'd expect our team to play really conservatively. Low scoring unless one side collapses

Am I the only one that is excited to see what they can do. I'm definitely not happy about McDrai being out but this could be a blessing in disguise.

They played great in the 3rd period last game, if they can play great today and win......it will go a long way. This might be EXACTLY what the team needs for a few games.

That being said, if we score 1 goal a game for the next 4....it could be bad lol.

Like I said in the last PGT, one of those games without Draisaitl and McDavid was the last game of the year last season when we also scratched Hyman, Nuge, Kane, Bouchard and Ekholm. That was our top seven scorers, all scratched. Colorado played their entire lineup because they were trying to get Mackinnon an Art Ross and Hart trophy. We lost 5-1.

I wouldn't make any generalizations based off of that game.

So let me get this straight. Jeff Skinner looks like he absolutely belongs in a top six role. He score 2 goals last game and looked great. Knob demoted him to the 3rd line to play with 2 guys that can't score?

I think the other Skinner because of his mustache does a better job at getting knob off! It makes no sense.

Yeah I don’t know what to say. On one hand, the lines might not last longer than an period the way Knoblauch operates anyway. For a team that needs a top 6 winger in the worst way, its baffling that they haven’t tried to get Skinner more involved.

I once again don’t understand how they choose the goaltending. Makes no sense to me. Which probably means Stu will play decent tonight.
