Game 7 WCF vs the Hawks--Games 5 SCF vs Rangers on FSW tonight

In my 8 years of being a Kings fan and a fan of hockey in general, that game 7 against the hawks was probably the best game I have ever seen.

Pits of despair to elation in minutes and hours. And a good microcosm of the series. "Holy crap, we're screwed." "Holy crap, we're unstoppable." "holy crap, we're screwed again, they're going to do to us what we did to the sharks." "Holy crap we won we're unstoppable again!"
 
It was the culmination of two teams with all the championship experience going at it. You'd look at 4-4 and think "wow what happened to the D/goalie?" but watching the game it's just great plays one after another.

Even knowing the results of the game and series, you can't help but get sucked into it and wonder if the Hawks are gonna score late in the 3rd and put the Kings down.

The two best teams just playing at another level.
 
That replay of Quick vs Crawford during game 6 is still hilarious. Both guys just chirping eachother as they went to the bench.:laugh:
 
Then there was that sneaky play by Quick after an icing in OT rolling his water bottle into the faceoff circle to buy time.
