this road trip is already a success to me, so any more points is just icing on the cake...

Brutal 2nd game in a back-to-back. No expectations; but let's try, at least, to get it to OT.

Sort of my feelings. Jackets need to tamp down the tempo of this game, and play sound defense. I think we get them out of a fast paced game and we have a chance. With three games in four nights, the boys need to slow things down, and tighten things up. I want at least two more points out of the next two games.

Agreed. I figured if we could get through this trip with an overall .500 record (4-4) with the injuries we have, we'd be in good shape. Getting a couple more points out of the next 2 games is gravy.

Man, just looked at the standings. These three West Coast teams we are playing have a combined 15-5-2 record (including last nights games). We come out of this with four points, I will be a happy camper.

pretty much.

I'm not down on our boys (great win last night), but I'm not expecting points tonight in a tough building, vs an elite team, on the back end of a double.

...Really?
Not very confident in this game at all. In fact, I'm pretty sure the Jackets will get their doors blown off.

But who knows, this team is always surprising and doing the unexpected.

Two hottest pairs in the league face-off tonight.

Ryjo/Foligno vs. Getz/Perry.

This is going to be interesting.

I wish I was going to the game but this is the first one in Anaheim that I've missed in years. But I've got a lot of other stuff going on - I'm buying a house and it's closing today.

Hopefully Bob is up for back-to-back games.
