Are the Canucks the only team in NHL history to have two separate occasions where they have 2 players with the same name on the team?

Currently, Elias Pettersson

88-89 - they had to 2 Greg Adams.

Is the Swedish spelling of "Pettersson" arbitrary or regional in their use of double or single "T's" and "S's"?
There may have been a time that Montréal actually had two Lemieux's and two Desjardins' within the same season.

They also had the Kostitsyn twins for a while.
