I don't think Fjallby and Gustafsson should be the odd men out when the lineup is healthy. But there are so many cusp players that somebody has to sit. Fjallby though has been a legit threat all season and even more so lately.

Fun note to compare our bottom 6 now versus the earlier seasons, Fjallby has 3 more goals and 6 more points in 49 games this season than James Wright had in his 97 games with the Jets.

I notice the trend since players started coming back is to be bigger up front. Bowness's strategies rely heavily on safe plays, and possession. Grind out a good down low shift when you can. Attack from below the goal line. AJF is not as good of a cycle player as some of the other guys. He can skate to get opportunities. The one thing that I think works against him is he isn't physical at all when defending. Guys like Gus and Maenalanen will lean on you, and that's going to make it tough to get a quality shot, they can also win body position on the boards with their heavy frames.

I'd move Appleton down to the 4th line, and AJF up to the 3rd line. AJF has a little more speed and grit, and better scoring hands.

Bruins have been playing about as well as the Jets of late . . . which is to say not well at all. PP is in the toilet and of late they are giving out short-handed goals like they are pints on St. Patrick's day.

This may be the one time when I don't root for the Bruins over the Jets. Jets need the points, and the Bruins may need one more loss to be woken up and snap out of their funk.

And I overuse this meme but it still cracks me up.

I have it on good authority that many jeans "designed" like those retail for up to $200 a pair.

So the Bruins have not looked like themselves lately and have been on a bit of a lazy fall. Does anyone else get the feeling that they’re gonna get out of their slump tonight and start playing better. :) I’ll bet on it

I like AJF but let's face it his and Apples hands are about equal.

They're both bad

Home Depot hand? :sarcasm:

Gagner is done for the season
Double hip surgery
Damn that would explain his drop off. Hope he recovers well, might be the end for him a a player though

Idk AJF has a deceptively good shot and has set up some nice goals. I think there's more there but I get nothing but grinder vibes from Appleton

IMO Tim Hortons is absolute crap. Their Coffee is swill ever since they changed coffee bean supplier, The Donuts are under sized and overpriced that turn into hockey pucks the next day if you don't eat them.
