What was Arty doing when skating over to the bench? Was he mocking the chili chant?

It would be great to see if Johansen finally gets his head out of his ass in the 3rd period, and plays like the superstar he wants to be paid like.

I'm not envious of anyone who went to the game tonight. The Jackets are up and down more than a yo-yo. It's beyond pathetic. They're so painful to watch at times. C'mon, this is ****ing Oilers for **** sake, don't let them b*tch you in your rink, in front of your fans. I'd be embarrassed.
I know they'll show up in the 3rd and put these little ****ers away, but damn, a little consistency would be nice.
Same ol' **** game after game, period after period from this team this season.

Just to see where everyone stands, I will say this: RyJo is no Rick Nash. The open issue is whether to add the word - yet?

He's still young.... with the season going down the tubes a month or so ago it's hard to say what has happened in Joeys head, motivation might be hard right now. As with most of the coaching staff and roster I'd give them a pass, lets see how things roll out next season..

Joey picks his spots like he is saving himself. It seems that if he doesn't think a play will succeed, he bails out.

Maybe he has November legs.:sarcasm:

He has Nash's disappearing act down, but appears sooner, so far.

I see flashes of Nash in his game, but no, he's not at that level yet.
I thought different early in the season, but he has regressed a bit. Fatigue? Maybe. This has been a worlwind of a season for him, even before it started.

Joey seems to be a bit of a late bloomer. Nash was good right away, but it has taken Ryan some time.
But he's only 22. He's still getting better. But I really think he has the potential to be more dominant, more of a finisher, and just a better player than Nash ever was or will be. He will be elite, and I don't think it will take much longer.
This season has just been a crazy one for him. He's getting recognition he's never had before, and he's trying to get used to all that.
