Honestly rewarding him for asking for a trade if one of the stupidest decisions I've seen.

I don't think it's much of a reward, honestly. They've been rotating people into the bottom pair all season despite evidence that one is clearly superior to the other.

Samberg had been on a solid stretch and then the first game after the request he was benched for Stanley. It's an awful message to send to the team.
