Been wasting my time with a stooge working for Netflix. They increased the subscription fee, billed me without notifying me of the change and took the new fee on my credit card.

I asked for a refund of the surcharge since it was made without my consent. When they wouldn’t give it, I got an immediate refund by canceling the service.

Problem solved. Now, I can watch the game.
